“Your employees don't need another pizza party, Cinco de Mayo celebration, or corporate happy hour. They need an organization willing to invest in their capacity to think clearly, navigate pressure, and perform at their best.”

Somatic Breathwork for Executive Performance
The demands of leadership don't just live in the mind. They live in the body.
Every high-pressure decision, difficult conversation, competing priority, and unresolved stressor creates a physiological response. Over time, these accumulated responses can influence how we think, communicate, lead, and perform.
Somatic Breathwork is a powerful, body-based practice designed to move beyond intellectual processing and work directly with the nervous system. Through intentional breathing, it creates an opportunity to release accumulated tension, process emotional stress, and interrupt habitual patterns that can limit performance.
Your nervous system is the operating system behind everything you do. It influences your ability to think clearly, regulate emotions, sustain focus, navigate uncertainty, and respond effectively under pressure.
When that system is consistently operating in a heightened state of stress, even the most capable leaders can find themselves reacting rather than responding, losing clarity, or operating below their full capacity.
Somatic Breathwork trains the ability to recognize and shift these physiological states, creating greater flexibility in how you respond to challenges.
The objective isn't simply to feel better. It's to function better. This isn’t about wellness. It’s about performance infrastructure. The human system responsible for everything your organization is trying to achieve.
Sustainable high performance begins with the system running everything: you.

4 Weeks | 4 Private 1:1 Sessions | Virtual
You measure everything that drives your business. When was the last time you measured the person driving it?
The RE:FINE Readiness Protocol is a four-week, individualized executive performance training program designed to strengthen the human capacities behind effective leadership.
Using the proprietary RE Human Readiness Training Method, we integrate breathwork, nervous system regulation, mental conditioning, attentional training, and cognitive reframing to improve mental clarity, stress resilience, energy, focus, and emotional regulation.
We begin by establishing your baseline through the Human Readiness Index, identifying the patterns influencing your performance. Over four private sessions, you'll learn to recognize and shift your physiological state, interrupt habitual stress responses, and expand your capacity to think clearly, make decisions, and lead effectively under pressure.
Between sessions, a personalized 10–15-minute daily protocol reinforces your training. At the conclusion of four weeks, we reassess your Human Readiness Index to measure changes in self-reported readiness and establish your ongoing performance strategy.
MEASURE. TRAIN. REASSESS.
You'll know where you started, what changed, and how to keep building on it.
120 Minutes | Up to 8 Participants | In-Person or Virtual
The way your leadership team manages pressure directly influences how they communicate, collaborate, make decisions, and execute.
This immersive Somatic Breathwork intensive is designed for small leadership teams and high-performing executives navigating demanding environments, competing priorities, and sustained responsibility.
Through guided breathwork, participants move beyond the constant demands of analytical thinking to explore the physiological patterns that influence their responses to stress. The experience creates an opportunity to release accumulated tension, strengthen self-awareness, and develop greater flexibility in how they navigate pressure.
The small-group setting allows for a more personalized experience, making it particularly valuable for executive leadership teams, senior management groups, and leaders navigating organizational change, complex decisions, or demanding performance expectations.
Participants leave with a deeper understanding of their individual stress responses, practical tools to regulate their state, and a shared foundation for approaching challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and intention.
The quality of your team's performance begins with the state of the people delivering it.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Every RE:FINE experience begins with a brief introduction to the nervous system and its role in performance, followed by guided Somatic Breathwork to release accumulated tension, strengthen self-awareness, and build resilience under pressure. Each session concludes with practical integration techniques to support greater clarity, focus, and leadership capacity.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: Yoga mats, blankets, eye masks, professional facilitation, and guided integration.
120 Minutes | Up to 18 Participants | In-Person or Virtual
Every organization invests in strategies, systems, and processes to improve performance. Far fewer invest in the human system responsible for executing them.
This immersive Somatic Breathwork intensive introduces a different approach to organizational performance by addressing the physiological impact of sustained pressure on the people driving results.
Designed for leadership retreats, corporate offsites, team development initiatives, and organizations navigating growth or transformation, this experience brings participants together to explore how stress influences attention, communication, emotional responses, and decision-making.
Through guided Somatic Breathwork and structured integration, participants have an opportunity to interrupt habitual stress patterns, release accumulated tension, and experience a different way of engaging with their internal state.
Beyond the individual experience, the intensive introduces a shared language around human readiness, helping teams recognize how their physiological states can influence collaboration, leadership presence, and collective performance.
Participants leave with practical techniques they can apply during demanding workdays, greater awareness of their personal performance patterns, and a renewed understanding of their capacity to navigate pressure.
You can give your people better tools, better technology, and better strategies. The greatest investment you can make is in the people responsible for making all of it work.
Your Body Remembers What Your Mind Has Moved Past.
Pressure doesn't disappear when the meeting ends. The body continues to carry the physiological effects of demanding decisions, difficult conversations, sustained responsibility, and unresolved stress.
Over time, these accumulated responses influence how we think, lead, communicate, and perform.
Somatic Breathwork is an immersive, body-based practice that uses conscious, connected breathing and rhythmic music to engage the nervous system, increase physiological awareness, and create space for emotional processing and the release of accumulated tension.
Unlike traditional approaches that rely exclusively on cognitive understanding, Somatic Breathwork works through the body itself. Participants may experience physical movement, emotional expression, or profound shifts in their awareness of stress and habitual responses.
For executives and high-performing professionals, this work offers an opportunity to step outside the constant demands of analytical thinking and develop a deeper understanding of the physiological patterns influencing their performance.
The objective is greater self-awareness, improved stress resilience, increased emotional flexibility, and the capacity to respond intentionally under pressure.
You cannot eliminate pressure from leadership. You can train the system responsible for navigating it.
“You can’t consistently outperform the state of the nervous system running you.
Train the system, and you change what’s possible.”Jenn Padawer, CEC + Founder
