Hi, I’m Jenn Padawer, Founder of RE:FINE.

After years in sales and executive leadership, I saw the same pattern everywhere. High-performing teams running on pressure, leaders carrying vision at all costs, and organizations quietly destabilizing under sustained demand. The issue was not talent or ambition. It was how people were operating under pressure.
